Organize pages

Reorder, rotate, extract or remove pages, then check the result.

Choose Organize pages from All tools or the recommended tools. Select the page thumbnails you want to change. Rotate a sideways scan, drag pages into a new order, or extract selected pages into a separate PDF. Confirm the selected range before deleting pages, and use Undo if the result is not what you intended.

Save under a new name and reopen the downloaded PDF to check page order, orientation and page count. Page editing can affect bookmarks, links, forms and existing digital signatures. Review those parts before sharing the result, especially after moving pages between documents.
