Export and compatibility

Choose an output for sharing and check complex documents.

Save keeps a PDF; Export converts content into the format you select. Available choices and results depend on the document and the browser build. Keep the PDF master before exporting text or page images. A scanned page is an image, so text extraction cannot recover words unless text recognition has supplied them.

Check fonts, page order, images, links and forms in the downloaded result. Complex PDFs can render differently in different viewers. Features labelled Coming soon are not implemented in this build. Desktop-specific functions, including local cross-PDF file links and native operating-system integrations, may be unavailable in a browser.
